MEET JONATHAN MATHIAS
With 20 years experience in catering & event planning and an education background that sets him apart, Jonathan’s passion for cooking sets his standards high for seamless catered events. Jonathan graduated class of 1981 from the Culinary Institute of America with honors and throughout his career has worked with apprentice chefs proving his dedication to teaching and continuously learning in the field, time and time again. As a teaching fellow at the Culinary Institute, he passed on his knowledge in wines and wine selection, dining room management, and table side preparation. Jonathan’s passion comes alive while creating unique flavor combinations perfectly paired to elevate your senses during special events that are to be remembered long to come. Jonathan scours local farmers markets and is dedicated to hand-picking only the freshest and most unique foods to impress the incredible flavors and colors from nature into his dishes. A few of his strong suits include wine selection and pairing, as well as, table-side preparation.
